Commercial property support
Bring the whole property into the service plan.
For a San Diego property managed remotely, make the local handoff explicit. Provide the address, affected rooms, entry contact and the person approving the work. A concise issue list lets the property representative and central office review the same request, then use the work-order record to plan any separately authorized follow-up.
A facility-service request can involve more than the first visible problem. A leak may affect finishes; a door concern may involve access arrangements; repeated equipment complaints may point to a need for recurring maintenance. Describe the issue and how it affects building use, then separate immediate work from items that need additional investigation or a future budget. The proposal identifies covered work, required trades, access arrangements and the approval process.
Existing warranties, service contracts and landlord or tenant responsibilities should be reviewed before overlapping work is authorized.
