Multi-Site Facility Maintenance in Southern California

Repairs, preventive maintenance and inspections across your Southern California commercial portfolio. Keep the scope, site requirements and next steps clear for each property.

Construction + facility services

Built around property operations

Different buildings. Clear responsibilities.

An occupied office, a retail location and a warehouse can share an owner while having very different service needs. Operating hours, access rules, equipment and tenant expectations should be part of the plan for each site.

Brady Construction Group brings commercial repairs, preventive maintenance and inspections into a coordinated service approach. We work with owners, property managers and facility teams to define the covered trades, site contacts and authorization process.

Start with the needs your buildings have today. Then identify the recurring tasks and larger improvements that should be planned separately.

Service options

Combine the services your portfolio needs.

Each location can have a different mix of work. The proposal defines the included tasks, covered systems and exclusions.

Repairs & service work

Address day-to-day building concerns through a defined property scope.

  • Doors, hardware, drywall and finishes
  • Electrical and lighting coordination
  • Plumbing, HVAC and trade-specific needs

Preventive maintenance

Plan recurring work around equipment and operating schedules.

  • Identify covered assets and tasks
  • Agree on planned visit frequency
  • Review findings and additional repair needs

Facility inspections

Review agreed areas and systems to organize follow-up work.

  • Document accessible conditions in scope
  • Identify concerns needing further review
  • Use findings to guide maintenance planning

Program setup

Set the ground rules before the first visit.

Agree on who can request work, who approves it and how additional scope will be handled. Share purchase-order procedures, vendor onboarding requirements and any client portal needs before service begins.

For each property, establish the address, building use, service priorities and site contact. Include operating hours, tenant notifications, access instructions and restricted areas.

Define the records your team needs, such as site references, work descriptions, photographs and completion information. Confirm reporting and invoicing requirements as part of the proposed arrangement.

How it works

Start focused. Expand with a working process.

01

Review

Share the locations, immediate issues and recurring service needs. Choose the first sites and trades.

02

Scope

Define the work, access requirements, approval process and proposed schedule.

03

Coordinate

Confirm site contacts and access for approved work. Review changes in conditions or scope.

04

Refine

Review completed work and open items. Adjust the program before adding more locations.

Regional focus

Southern California properties.

Discuss locations from Santa Clarita through Los Angeles, Orange County, the Inland Empire and San Diego. Coverage and scheduling are confirmed for each address and requested trade. A property list with building types, operating hours and priorities is the best starting point.

When service becomes a project

A path to larger improvements.

Some findings call for more than a service visit. Brady’s commercial construction division can review tenant improvements, renovations and larger building work under a separate scope, budget and delivery plan.

Questions & answers

The details, before you start.

Can different properties have different schedules?

Yes. The proposed program can reflect each site’s equipment, operating hours and priorities. The agreement identifies planned tasks and schedules for each covered property.

Can we start with repairs and add maintenance later?

Yes. Share immediate issues first. Recurring tasks can be considered in a separate maintenance scope once the initial needs are understood.

Will every requested task be included in one agreement?

The agreement identifies included work. Additional repairs, replacement equipment, specialist assessments and construction work may need separate pricing and authorization.

Can you work with our vendor portal?

Provide portal, purchase-order and reporting requirements during the initial discussion. Those requirements will be reviewed before the service arrangement is confirmed.

How should we handle an urgent request?

Call 909 293 9861 to discuss the issue and current availability. A website inquiry does not confirm dispatch or a scheduled visit.
