CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT

RENOVATIONS AND RETROFITS
Due to the characteristics of the materials used to construct them, the aging of old and outdated buildings is rarely caused by structural decay. Buildings with good structural bones but outdated systems and exteriors can be upgraded to meet modern requirements and codes, and to increase commercial value, comfort, functionality, and environmental performance. In our experience, the most immediate advantage of renovation versus demolition and/or new construction is that the building already exists, often resulting in a much more sustainable approach with reduced cost, time, energy and debris.
