Commercial construction + facility maintenance

Contractor Qualifications & Vendor Onboarding

Brady Construction Group, Inc. supports commercial construction and facility maintenance in Southern California. For property and procurement teams, the first step is aligning the work scope, site requirements and vendor documentation so the right people can review and authorize the assignment.

Vendor credentialing platforms

Brady participates in ISNetworld, Avetta and Veriforce. We coordinate requested documentation with your procurement contact for the relevant customer account, property and work scope. Platform participation supports the review process; customer qualification and authorization remain specific to the engagement.

Procurement review

Documentation for your review

Share your vendor checklist and required submission channel. Relevant information can be coordinated directly with the people responsible for your review.

Company and service scope

Company information, relevant construction or facility-service capabilities, proposed work boundaries and project or service contacts.

Insurance requirements

Insurance evidence for review against the assignment’s requirements, including requested certificate-holder details and endorsement requirements.

Safety and ESG policies

Relevant written safety programs and environmental, social and governance policies for your procurement review. Site-specific requirements are addressed with the proposed scope.

Work documentation

Construction closeout requirements can be identified during planning. Facility clients receive a work-order report and an inspection form when inspections are involved.

What to send to start onboarding

  1. Property and responsible parties. Property address, building or suite, owner or management entity, procurement contact and on-site contact.
  2. Requested work. Construction scope or repair list, drawings or photographs, operational concerns and any recurring maintenance needs.
  3. Qualification requirements. Required platform connection, vendor forms, insurance specifications, safety requirements and the person reviewing submissions.
  4. Site access and work windows. Occupied areas, tenant coordination, restricted access, planned shutdowns and permitted work periods.
  5. Authorization and reporting. Scope approver, purchase-order process, client portal requirements and expected completion documentation.

We review these details together before confirming the scope, scheduling and service arrangements.

Common questions

Questions about vendor onboarding.

Does platform membership replace customer onboarding?

No. Each customer sets its review and approval requirements. Share the applicable platform, customer account and work scope so the relevant submission requirements can be addressed.

Can we request safety, ESG and insurance documentation?

Yes. Send your checklist and review contact. We coordinate relevant documentation through an agreed channel, with insurance requirements reviewed for the proposed assignment.

Can one conversation cover construction and facility maintenance?

Yes. Tell us which needs involve a defined construction project and which involve repairs or recurring service. We can coordinate the appropriate next steps for each division.

What information is most useful for a new facility account?

Start with the property list, requested trades, service priorities, access requirements and approval process. Include any client portal or reporting requirements before scheduling is finalized.
