Commercial roof leak repair
Find the source. Address immediate exposure safely. Coordinate the roof repair and affected interior work.

What we can coordinate
From the first report to the permanent repair
Leak assessment
Review the indoor leak pattern, roof details, penetrations and drainage. Consider other building sources when the evidence points beyond the roof.
Temporary protection
Discuss suitable measures for immediate exposure, subject to safe access, weather and roof condition. Identify the follow-up work still needed.
Roof repair coordination
Define compatible repairs for the actual roof system, with qualified roofing specialists and relevant warranty requirements considered.
Interior follow-through
Coordinate affected building repairs after source correction and any necessary moisture, electrical or remediation assessment.

When water is entering
Active leak? Start with safety.
Call 909-293-9861 with the property address, affected area and on-site contact. Keep people away from wet electrical systems and sagging ceilings. For immediate danger, contact emergency services.
- Record photographs and the leak location only from a safe area.
- Keep staff off the roof during unsafe wind, rain, lightning or other hazardous conditions.
- Response options depend on conditions and safe access; confirm the next step when you call.
A defined scope. A clear next step.
How we organize the work
Report the conditions
Share the indoor location, start time, operational impact, safe photographs and any previous leak or roof records.
Assess and define the work
Establish safe access, investigate likely entry points and separate temporary measures from permanent repairs.
Repair and follow through
Coordinate the approved trades, related interior work and a record of repairs and any remaining investigation or monitoring.

Questions property teams ask
What to know
before you start
Scope, access and responsibilities matter. Open a question for a practical answer, then share your property’s specific needs with us.
Can you repair a commercial roof while it is raining?
The decision depends on weather, roof condition, safe access and the proposed method. Roof work is not appropriate during unsafe wind, lightning or other hazardous conditions. OSHA advises against installing tarps during a storm while it is windy or raining. Safe reporting and appropriate interior protection can begin before exterior access is possible.
Can you tell us when someone will arrive?
Call 909-293-9861 to discuss the location and current conditions. Scheduling and response options depend on the incident, weather, access and the specialist scope. Do not treat a submitted form as confirmation of dispatch or an arrival time.
Is a ceiling leak always a roof leak?
No. Water may enter at walls, windows, roof transitions or other building systems and travel before appearing indoors. The assessment should follow the evidence rather than assume the roof directly above a stain is the source.
What is the difference between a temporary fix and a permanent repair?
Temporary measures limit immediate exposure where safe and suitable. Permanent repairs address the identified defect using methods compatible with the roof or building assembly. The proposed work should identify which measures are temporary and what remains to be corrected.
Can Brady also repair water-damaged ceilings and finishes?
Brady can discuss coordination of related interior repairs. Source correction and material condition need to be considered first. Moisture assessment, drying, electrical work or remediation may require qualified specialists and separate authorization before finishes are restored.
Will a coating solve a recurring roof leak?
Not automatically. Failed details, wet materials and drainage problems need evaluation before a coating is selected. Depending on the findings, the appropriate work may be a localized repair, drainage correction, restoration or further replacement evaluation.
What if our roof is still under warranty?
Provide the warranty and maintenance records before repair work is authorized. The property team and proposed specialist should verify compatible repair procedures and any manufacturer or authorized-installer requirements. A warranty’s coverage depends on its actual terms.
Who performs the roofing and specialist work?
Brady coordinates the building scope using its personnel and appropriate qualified specialist partners according to the work required. The proposal should identify roofing, electrical, moisture or other specialist responsibilities, along with access needs and approvals.
Let’s define the right next step.
Send the property address, known concerns, safe photographs and preferred timing. We’ll discuss an appropriate assessment or service scope.
