Commercial Water Intrusion Repair
Address where water enters and the building repairs that follow. Brady Construction Group coordinates commercial leak investigation and repair scopes across roofs, exterior openings, drainage and building systems, with appropriate specialist involvement.

What we can coordinate
Connect the visible damage to the source
Roof & rooftop details
Coordinate assessment of reported leaks near seams, flashing, penetrations, skylights, equipment curbs and previous roof repairs.
Walls, windows & doors
Investigate concerns at storefronts, exterior joints, wall penetrations and thresholds. Select compatible repairs based on the assessed condition.
Drainage & building systems
Consider exterior water accumulation, plumbing and HVAC drainage when symptoms suggest a source beyond the roof.
Interior repairs
Review damaged ceilings, drywall, flooring and finishes after source and material assessment. Coordinate drying or other specialist needs separately when required.

Beyond a single repair
A coordinated route from leak to repair
The place where water becomes visible may be different from where it enters. Brady brings the relevant trades into a defined investigation, then coordinates approved repairs and related building work. Additional testing, concealed conditions and specialist restoration needs remain separate decisions.
- Use timing, weather and repair history to guide assessment
- Distinguish temporary protection from permanent work
- Confirm materials are ready before restoring finishes
- Agree on documentation and approval for additional work
A defined scope. A clear next step.
How we organize the work
Describe the condition
Share the location, when water appeared, affected operations, previous repairs and safe photographs.
Define the investigation
Agree on access, the initial assessment, any testing, specialist involvement and reporting before work proceeds.
Approve the repair
Review the proposed source repair and related building work. Confirm any temporary measures and further investigation separately.
Plan restoration & follow-up
Coordinate approved finish repairs after material assessment. Keep unresolved findings and maintenance recommendations in the agreed record.

Questions property teams ask
What to know
before you start
Scope, access and responsibilities matter. Open a question for a practical answer, then share your property’s specific needs with us.
Does a ceiling stain always mean the roof is leaking?
No. Water may enter through roof details, walls, windows or doors, or originate from plumbing or HVAC drainage. The visible stain identifies an affected area, but does not establish the source. Timing and repair history help guide the assessment.
Can Brady coordinate the source repair and interior building repairs?
Yes. We can review a coordinated scope across the relevant trades. Source investigation, permanent repairs and restoration of affected finishes should be defined separately, with appropriate specialist involvement where the condition requires it.
Can one visit identify every leak source?
Not necessarily. Intermittent conditions, access limits and concealed materials can require further testing or a return assessment. Additional work should have an agreed scope, authorization and documentation.
What should we do during an active commercial leak?
Keep people away from electrical hazards, unstable ceilings and unsafe roof areas. Follow site emergency procedures and call (909) 293-9861 with the address and operational impact to discuss service arrangements. Use emergency services for immediate threats; do not send staff onto a wet roof.
Can temporary protection be installed before permanent repairs?
Temporary measures may be considered when conditions, safe access and the approved scope permit. They should be identified as temporary and followed by source investigation and a permanent repair decision. Availability or immediate installation is not assumed.
Can wet drywall or ceiling finishes be repaired immediately?
First assess the source and the affected materials. Exposure, contamination, condition and ability to dry affect the next step. Drying or specialist assessment may be needed before finish restoration; covering wet materials does not resolve the underlying condition.
Does this service automatically include mold or hazardous-material remediation?
No. Those conditions require separate assessment and appropriate specialist arrangements. The proposal should identify who is responsible and what must be completed before related building repairs proceed.
What information helps you scope the investigation?
Send the property address, affected suite or area, first observation, weather or equipment patterns, safe photos and prior repairs. Include your on-site contact, access restrictions, current operational impact and the person authorized to approve work.
Let’s define the right next step.
Send the property address, known concerns, safe photographs and preferred timing. We’ll discuss an appropriate assessment or service scope.
